LAMA Nilraj Engineering Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2009 as an Indo-Italian joint venture between LA.MA. S.R.L. (Italy) and Nilraj Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (India). We are renowned for manufacturing high-quality parts for capacitors, capacitor cans, winding cores, and other precision plastic components. With the vast expertise and experience of our directors, our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and durability, fully adhering to global specifications.

The joint venture was officially established in 2010 as LAMA Nilraj Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Our manufacturing caters to the architectural, engineering, and technical industries. Guided by a zero-compromise policy on quality, we deliver only the best products and services to our customers. Notably, 25% of our output is exported to Brazil, Europe, and other countries, underscoring our strong international presence.

OUR HISTORY
In 2009, leading Italian company LA.MA. S.R.L., founded by Mr. Luciano Mazzanti and Mr. Filippo Mazzanti, partnered with Nilraj Engineering, India’s largest manufacturer of aluminium capacitor cans, to establish LAMA Nilraj Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Commercial production of plastic capacitor components commenced in March 2010. Between 2010 and 2017, under the guidance and technical expertise of our Italian partners, our Indian team developed comprehensive capabilities in plastic molding, extrusion, mold design, and precision manufacturing.
In 2017, the company became fully owned by its Indian partners, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey.
Continuing our commitment to expansion and innovation, LAMA Nilraj acquired 17,300 sq. meters of land in June 2022, increasing our manufacturing footprint to 22,000 sq. ft. By the end of 2025, we will complete the construction of an additional 22,000 sq. ft. facility, bringing our total manufacturing area to 44,000 sq. ft.
Today, LAMA Nilraj Engineering Pvt. Ltd. stands as a trusted manufacturer of high-quality capacitor parts, winding cores, capacitor cans, and precision plastic components, serving customers across India and international markets.
INFRASTRUCTURE & CAPABILITIES
- Manufacturing facility spread across 17,300 sq. meters of land.
- Fully equipped in-house tool room featuring CNC, VMC, spark erosion, lathe, and centerless grinding machines.
- Extensive manufacturing setup comprising 2 extrusion lines, 14 injection moulding machines, and fully automatic riveting machines.
- Planned expansion by the end of 2025 with the addition of 2 extrusion lines and 10 new injection moulding machines.
DIGITAL INITIATIVES
At LAMA Nilraj Engineering, we are committed to building a smart and efficient future. We have developed our own in-house app-based platform to digitize and streamline operations across departments. This system enables real-time production tracking, data recording, and analysis — all within a unified digital ecosystem.
As part of our long-term vision, we are proudly progressing toward becoming a fully paperless company by embracing sustainability, digitalization, and operational excellence.
